Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services offered by ASD Judo Sakura Rimini (hereinafter 'the Club') and access to the website.
Acceptance of Terms
Enrollment in courses and use of the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Please read carefully before proceeding.
Services Offered
The Club offers:
- Judo courses for youth (6-14 years) and adults (15+ years)
- Technical training and athletic preparation
- Participation in events and competitions
- Affiliation with FIJLKAM
Registration
To register, you must:
- Complete the registration form with truthful information
- Provide a competitive or non-competitive sports medical certificate (according to current regulations)
- Pay the annual membership fee
- Sign the waiver for minors (by parents/guardians)
Fees and Payments
Membership and course participation fees are established annually by the Board of Directors. Payments must be made according to the methods communicated by the Club. Fees are non-refundable except in exceptional cases evaluated by the Board of Directors.
Member Obligations
Members commit to:
- Respect the Club's internal regulations
- Behave respectfully towards instructors, members, and facilities
- Participate in activities in certified physical fitness conditions
- Wear appropriate technical clothing (judogi)
- Promptly communicate any health problems
- Respect class schedules and procedures
Liability
The Club disclaims all liability for:
- Injuries resulting from imprudent behavior or non-compliance with instructions
- Damage to personal items left unattended
- Interruptions of activities due to force majeure
- Injuries not covered by insurance in case of failure to present a medical certificate
Insurance
The Club takes out civil liability and accident insurance through FIJLKAM. It is the member's responsibility to verify the adequacy of insurance coverage and, if necessary, take out supplementary policies.
Suspension and Exclusion
The Club reserves the right to suspend or exclude members who:
- Repeatedly violate internal regulations
- Engage in behavior harmful to the dignity or safety of others
- Do not pay membership fees within established deadlines
- Practice without a valid medical certificate
Intellectual Property
All website content (texts, images, logos, graphics) is owned by the Club or used under license. Reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.
Website Use
The website is provided 'as is'. The Club does not guarantee the absence of errors or interruptions. It is prohibited to use the site for illegal or harmful purposes.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Rimini has jurisdiction.
Modifications to Terms
The Club reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on the website and communicated to members.
